The service
Aumekai offers this app as a subscription service for businesses. By creating an account you accept these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for your sign-in email and for what is done in your account. You can invite your team and remove their access whenever you want.
Free trial and plans
Each business gets a 14-day free trial. When it ends, you can choose a paid plan or the account is paused without losing your data for a reasonable time.
Payments
Plans are paid in advance. If a payment is late, we'll let you know before pausing the service.
Acceptable use
Don't use the app for illegal activities, to send spam or to upload content you don't have the right to use.
Your data
Your business data is yours. We process it only to provide the service and you can export it or request its deletion.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the app always available, but it depends on external providers and we can't guarantee uninterrupted operation. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 3 months.
Cancellation and governing law
You can cancel whenever you want. These terms are governed by the laws of Ecuador.
