Who is responsible
Aumekai (Ecuador) is responsible for the account data of this app. Privacy contact: hola@aumekai.com.
What data we process
Your email to sign in, the business data you enter in the app and the minimum technical data needed for your session to work. We don't ask for data we don't use.
What we use it for
To give you access, provide the service, support you and meet legal obligations. We don't sell data or use it for third-party advertising.
Data about your business's own people
The data your business enters about its own customers or staff belongs to your business: your business is the controller and we process it only on its behalf, to provide the service, under the terms.
Your staff's data
Your business enters each staff member's name and, optionally, a radio callsign and a contact (email, nickname or phone). If you turn on a person's optional personal link, we record the times they mark the start and end of their tasks. We do not ask for location, photos or documents. Your business is responsible for that data and for informing its staff; we process it only on its behalf.
Who we share it with
With the providers that make the app work: Supabase (database and authentication) and Vercel (hosting). If we add another provider, we add it to this list.
How long
While your account is active. If you delete it, we erase your data except what the law requires us to keep.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, portability or objection by writing to hola@aumekai.com. You can also export your business data from the app.
